All materials are sourced for their special qualities and precisely made. Any coincidental imprints, tonal changes and additionally textural differences are a piece of the material's regular qualities and ought not to be considered as defects.

To make sure that your products stay in the perfect condition, do note the following points:

• Do not place hot items directly on the surface.
• Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat.
• These products are not microwave safe, neither are they dishwasher safe.
• Do not put the products in water; best to dry wipe the entire wooden product range such as platters, salad bowls, trays, trivets, boxes and coasters.
• Avoid excessive friction and overexposure to direct light as colour fading may occur.
• Products such as cushion covers, table-mats and table runners are to be hand-washed, not dry-cleaned.
• Please note that cleaning and conditioning your products may alter the appearance of the design and colours of the material.
